Victoria Veal Osso Bucco

Strictly speaking not Osso bucco but the raw material for the making of such. Veal shins sawn accross the bone to reveal the marrow.

Osso Bucco (literally meaning bone with a hole) is a classic Italian dish that is well suited to Autumn and winter dining.

Slow cooked with a rich tomato sauce and finished with a sprinkling of fresh Gremolata and served with a Milanese style Risotto it is loved by all the family.

Victoria Veal shin on the bone is available in vacuum packs of 4  portion controlled pieces which are  suitable for 4 servings.
