Salmon Boudin Blanc

An elegant and sumptuously light  sausage made with Tasmanian fresh and smoked Atlantic Salmon and blended with cream , eggs and white wine. This sausage is perfect served  for breakfast or for a light lunch. 

Gently reheat in water or may be microwaved for 30 seconds. As with all Boudin style sausages we recommend removing the  skin before serving.
