Our Weisswurst (white sausage) is made with pork and veal, is very finely textured, mildly seasoned and gently poached. It is finished with fresh parsley and makes a delicious breakfast sausage. It can be reheated by gently poaching or try splitting lengthwise to heat under the griller. Contains no fillers or preservatives.
