INGREDIENTS
olive oil
150g cotechino sausage, cooked and sliced
2 cloves finely chopped garlic
½ bird's eye chilli, chopped
20 leaves of basil
sea salt, to taste
50g unsalted butter
4 x 100g potato gnocchi
METHOD
Heat fry pan with
a touch of oil. Cook sausage until golden on one side, then flip over.
Add garlic, chilli, basil and salt.
Add butter and cooked gnocchi.
