Tasmanian Grain - Fed Pork
Our Tasmanian Pork is sourced directly from Apple Isle Pork which is a family owned and operated farm near Devonport on The North West coast of Tasmania.
All our fresh pork is from female pigs that have been fed a totally natural diet of grain and have acheived a carcase weight of around 50 kg.
Fresh pork is available from Tuesday of each week and all cuts are available including racks, bellies, chops and loin roasts.
