Pasture fed Tasmanian Lamb

Wursthaus pasture fed lambs are sourced weekly from selected properties in the lush green North Western region of Tasmania. Good rainfall and cool to mild climates along with protein rich grasses and good quality bloodlines are all that is needed to produce top quality lamb and our buyers work very closely with our suppliers to develop a network of properties to ensure that we can deliver a top quality product year round.
Lamb cuts available include not only the usual racks, loins, legs and shoulders, but also some great oven and pan ready lines such as "Lamb Lyonnaise" and the Greek style butterflied legs, marinated and stuffed with chunks of Tasmanian Fetta, both suited to Summer outdoor entertaining. we also stock lamb rumps, trimmed leg primals and a range of mouth watering pure lamb sausages.
