Almost the appearance of a traditional bone in leg ham, but we have removed all bones except for the hock to make carving easier and neater. This ham is suited to slicing on meat slicers but may also be hand carved. It is also well suited for glazing and decorating for functions and banquets. Smoked with European Beechwood.
